We are seeking a Technical Director to lead the process team, overseeing both NPI and legacy process engineering. This role is crucial for developing and implementing the company's technical strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives. 

The Technical Director will also be responsible for updating customer device roadmaps and addressing technical challenges to deliver effective strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technical strategy in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of technical experts, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure that technical solutions are integrated with other business processes and systems.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments to position the company for emerging opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master or PhD is highly preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience including technical leadership experience, ideally within semiconductor R&D or Semiconductor Mass Production environment.
• Strong device knowledge in Memory and/or Logic.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a knack for addressing complex technical issues.
• Ability to keep up with emerging trends and technologies in the industry.
