Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients in the development and deployment of solutions that support strategic initiatives.
- Leveraging commercial, private sector, and DoD industry experience (e.g., coordination with small businesses, non-traditional defense vendors).
- Applying knowledge to find innovative technology solutions for DoD requirements.
- Researching and designing innovative experiences for digital commerce using market leading platforms.
- Designing, developing, and delivering training design and development of reference guidance.
- Assessing completeness and validity of imputed costs.
- Assessing completeness of Heritage Assets.
- Conducting development and delivery of presentations and papers to client personnel.
- Performing ad-hoc research tasks.
- Interfacing and communicating with clients, remotely and/or in-person.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences,
- Communications, Government and Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: A-123, Internal Controls, Risk Management/Internal Control (RMIC), Business Strategy, Change Management, Process Improvement, Business Process Re-engineering, or Project Management.
- IT3 clearance (or equivalent), with eligibility for IT2 if required.
- Proficiency in A-123 and Risk Management/Internal Controls.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface professionally with clients.
- Knowledge of OUSD AT&L policies; familiarity with SFFAS standards (Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 23, 35, 42) and related Technical Releases (13-15, 2).
- Experience with asset valuation methodologies, market-based appraisals, and DoD classifications for facility analysis and real property.
- Competency in using actuarial/econometric models to evaluate environmental liabilities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Experience with DoD systems for tracking and monitoring environmental liabilities.
- Knowledge of DoD heritage assets and ability to assess cost imputation completeness.
