Data Integration Scientist

We are seeking a Data Scientist with Audit Dashboard & Compliance Program experience to take part in the modernization of audit tracking and compliance initiatives. 

This is not an active open position, but we are seeking the right individual for bidding purposes:

Key Responsibilities:

• Be able to migrate data from SharePoint to a centralized Audit Dashboard platform.
• Design and deploy an Audit Dashboard to provide real-time situational awareness of the portfolio.
• Develop a robust Deficiency Tracker with project management capabilities to track deficiencies and associated CAPs from audit sources such as AFAA, GAO, DoDIG.
• Integrate and manage data from systems including Salesforce SAF FM (BP Controls), eMASS (RMF/POA&Ms), and other compliance tools (e.g., FFMIA, SFIS, FISCAM, NFRs).
• Provide accurate IT/business process compliance reporting and risk assessments for the program. 
• Support ongoing updates to Audit, Internal Controls, and FIAR guidance (DAFMAN).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in audit readiness, compliance, or internal controls within a DoD or federal environment.
• Experience with audit remediation tracking, dashboard development, and risk management frameworks.
• Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and eMASS; familiarity with FIAR, FISCAM, SFIS, and RMF.
• Strong understanding of audit agency expectations (GAO, DoDIG, AFAA, E&Y).
