Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team, responsible for interfacing and communicating with clients both remotely and in-person. This role involves assisting in the development of key supporting documentation for processes related to the assigned Management Service Center (MSC), including process maps, narratives, standard operating procedures, and job aids. Additionally, you will help establish process objectives and identify associated risks, while advising clients on finance, accounting, and internal controls matters. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for working sessions with Government personnel related to RMIC program activities
- Review Government program documentation for adherence to established RMIC program documentation and identifying gaps for corrective actions.
- Provide inputs to the bi-weekly task order activity reports and monthly project plan progress reports.
- Assist with developing process-focused key supporting documentation (KSD) for processes associated with the assigned MSC (e.g., process maps, process narratives, SOPs)
- Conduct process walkthroughs to validate process documentation and to identify and document process and / or control gaps.
- Assist with developing process objectives and identifying risks associated with those objectives.
- Assist with developing internal control documentation including control objectives, control activities, and test plans for Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Effectiveness (TOE) for approval by the Government.
- Assist with maintaining required RMIC program documentation using Agency provided templates.
- Assist with developing and creating corrective action plans (CAPS) for identified control deficiencies and other self-identified RMIC program deficiencies and closure packages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or business management related field
- 0 - 2 years of federal experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to manage and prioritize assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and professional manner at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to prepare and distribute meeting agendas with knowledge of calendar management for meeting scheduling.
- Ability to capture information to prepare meeting minutes and other narrative-based work products and deliverables.
- Ability to perform research and document research results in a narrative manner.
- Understands business writing basics and uses language commensurate with the technical subject matter in all verbal or written communications.
- Ability to effectively work as part of a remote team.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance
- Dual citizenship not permitted for project.
