Virtual Sales Associate

AO Globe Life works with major labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across the US to provide permanent benefits. We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are seeking a passionate Virtual Sales Associate to join our growing team.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with policy inquiries, benefits information, and service support. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals
• Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support
• Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement

Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in customer service, sales, or team collaboration preferred
• Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation

• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills

• Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments

• Attention to detail and a high level of accountability
• Proficiency in the Zoom platform and strong communication skills: verbal and written
