Your Role as an Aged Care Nurse

As an Aged Care Nurse, youll play a vital role in improving the lives of residents while working in a supportive and well-resourced healthcare setting.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to aged care residents

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best health outcomes

Who We're Looking For

AHPRA Registration Active Registered Nurse (RN) registration in Australia
Minimum 3 years full-time nursing experience (with at least 3 months in aged care preferred)
Willing to relocate to a regional area (valid drivers license required)
Strong English communication skills for documentation & collaboration
