Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer with experience in residential projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for design, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to transform spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. Proficiency in creating elevated drawings, moodboards, and 3D renders is essential, along with expertise in vendor management and material selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute interior design concepts for residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.
• Develop detailed elevated drawings, moodboards, and 3D renders to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and finishes that meet project specifications and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the implementation of designs and ensure quality control.
• Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and best practices in the industry.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare project timelines, cost estimates, and documentation for client approval.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of interior design experience in the UAE, with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of creating moodboards, conceptual drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Expertise in: Vendor management, material sourcing, and selection.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Excellent understanding of space planning, color theory, and design principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
