About the job HR Generalist
Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our HR functions and foster a positive workplace culture. You'll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll processing, and HR compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, and visa processing in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development programs.
- Address employee relations by handling grievances, disputes, and workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies, advising management on legal updates.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and well-being initiatives.
- Work closely with leadership on HR strategies to support business growth.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
