About the job Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and respond to inbound and outbound sales calls to meet sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
- Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and close sales deals.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving targets.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product improvements, and market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment, specializing in inside sales within the UAE market.
- Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and customer preferences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
