Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and respond to inbound and outbound sales calls to meet sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM database with client interactions and sales progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product improvements, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment, specializing in inside sales within the UAE market.
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the UAE market and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
