Were looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our real estate firm. Youll be responsible for welcoming clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and stakeholders with professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain meeting room bookings.
- Provide administrative support, including handling documents, data entry, and office coordination.
- Assist the sales and leasing team with client documentation and property listings.
- Ensure the reception area is well-organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance and supplies.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a front desk executive, receptionist, or administrative assistant (preferably in real estate).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
