We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with a proven track record in the UAE real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience, including at least 1 year of experience working with a real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company's real estate portfolio, including off-plan and ready-to-move-in properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend client meetings, property viewings, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
  • Provide clients with in-depth information about the companys projects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
  • At least 1 year of experience with a real estate developer is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, laws, and regulations.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
