Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Market Access Manager to lead and support market access activities for the Egypt market, with a specific focus on oncology and solid tumor therapies.

The successful candidate must have proven experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company, strong hands-on exposure to oncology product registration, and practical experience managing the end-to-end reimbursement cycle in Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market access strategies for oncology and solid tumor products in Egypt.
  • Lead and support oncology product registration and regulatory access activities in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs and relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end reimbursement cycle, from submission preparation and stakeholder engagement through to approval and implementation.
  • Develop reimbursement submissions, value propositions, pricing/access materials, and supporting evidence.
  • Engage with relevant governmental authorities, payers, healthcare institutions, and key market stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in the Egyptian healthcare, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape and assess their impact on product access.
  • Identify market access barriers and develop appropriate strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Provide market intelligence and access insights to support product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Support pricing and reimbursement strategies in line with local market requirements.
  • Track access and reimbursement milestones to ensure timely execution.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company is mandatory.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in oncology, specifically solid tumor therapies.
  • Proven experience in oncology product registration in Egypt.
  • Hands-on experience managing the complete end-to-end reimbursement cycle in Egypt, including preparation, submission, follow-up, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, approval, and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of the Egyptian market access, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with governmental and institutional healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of market access strategy, pricing, reimbursement, and value communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience launching innovative oncology or specialty-care products.
  • Exposure to HEOR, pharmacoeconomics, or budget impact analysis.
  • Experience developing payer value propositions and reimbursement dossiers.
  • Experience navigating complex reimbursement pathways within the Egyptian healthcare system.
