Job Title: Commercial Project Manager – Consumer Health

Role Summary
The Commercial Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and executing strategic commercial initiatives across Sales and Marketing within a rapidly growing Consumer Health business. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of cross-functional projects that enable business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and expand market presence across Egypt and relevant regional markets.
The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial background in FMCG or Consumer Health, coupled with solid project management expertise and a proven ability to deliver results in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Project Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end execution of key commercial initiatives across Sales and Marketing.
- Manage projects including product launches, go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and channel expansion.
- Convert commercial strategies into actionable project plans with defined timelines and KPIs.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Category teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the rollout of brand and category strategies across key channels.
- Track performance and recommend improvements where required.
Project Management & Governance
- Develop structured project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks.
- Monitor progress, risks, and interdependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Provide regular progress updates and insights to senior leadership.
Market & Commercial Support
- Contribute to market analysis and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for growth across customers, channels, and product portfolios.
- Support pricing strategies, trade promotions, and commercial investment optimization.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a central point of coordination between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and project reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial roles within FMCG or Consumer Health.
- Demonstrated experience in leading or managing commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of FMCG or healthcare/OTC market dynamics.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
