IT Quality Controller to play a role in ensuring excellence. Collaborate closely with various departments to execute and validate test cases, ensuring deliverables meet stringent quality standards. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve project goals.
  • Facilitate design, construction and execution of test cases/ test scenarios
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and well defined
  • Implement preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance criteria.
  • Collect and analyze statistical information related to quality metrics.
  • Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
  • Create and document policies and procedures for quality assurance.
  • Investigate customer and product complaints to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain adherence to quality and industry regulatory requirements.

Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Familiarity with QA programs and databases
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Reporting software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Four plus years of testing and quality inspection experience in Telecom Service Provider industry
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
