Job Purpose:

Job Responsibilities:
- Candidates sourcing and selection: using your discipline expertise to source, through the different channels, and select candidates in accordance to clear criteria of selection to match with clients needs and ensure successful placements.
- Customer experience: ensure that customers, both candidates and clients, have delightful experience throughout the hiring process, from receiving client request to successful candidate placement, including organizing interviews and the follow up on candidates deployment, by demonstrating professionalism, expertise, commitment, and communication skills.
- Operations: as part of and in collaboration with the team, you will take part in a streamlined process by proper use of operational tools. You will be responsible for tracking introduced candidates against clients requests
- Marketing: You will take part to showcase your industry / discipline expertise to candidate and clients using the different channels be it by emails (2x3, sector shots, or bulletins), on social media (posts, blogs, and live videos), or on-ground activities (meeting clients, attending conferences, exhibitions, job fairs etc.)
- Representation: as a company representative, you will be a key point of contact with discipline / industry bodies whether at the client side (heads of departments, CXOs etc) and the candidates side (professional groups, syndicates etc.)
- Self and team Development: is a continuous process to keep yourself at the forefront of the highest level of recruitment skills, and knowledge of recruitment and discipline/industry trends.
- Culture and compliance: are crucial to our success. You are responsible for creating an inclusive, engaging and inspiring work environment that motivates all employees to excel, while demonstrating and enforcing company values of ethics and integrity, as well as Antal values.
- Financial: responsible for achieving agreed financial targets.

Candidate Profile:
- University graduate in a healthcare discipline: Medicine or Pharmacy.
- Post graduate sales experience of 2-3 years.
- Interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking.
- Results orientation.
- Time management skills.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- High learning agility and passion for recruitment.
- Fluent in English and skilled in using MS Office apps.
- Experience using digital tools (CRM and social media) is a plus.
