Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care within a healthcare facility. This role includes administrative, managerial, and clinical responsibilities, aimed at maintaining the standards of nursing practice and improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing.
  • 7 years of experience in the same Field and 3 years same position as Nurse Manager
  • Managerial skills with diploma or Masters in related field.
  • Dataflow is a must.
  • Saudi license holder is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

Job description and responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among nursing teams and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by maintaining nursing standards and practices.
  • Monitor patient care activities, addressing issues and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Identify training and professional development needs for nursing staff.
  • Organize educational programs and workshops to enhance staff competencies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist in developing and managing the nursing department budget.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment are available.
  • Optimize resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and nursing best practices.
  • Initiate quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Review patient care metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments.
  • Foster open communication and encourage feedback from staff and patients.
  • Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively.
