Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing.
  • 7 years of experience in the same Field and 3 years experience in same position as Head nurse CCU.
  • Masters degree in nursing Holder
  • Dataflow is a must.
  • Saudi license holder is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.

Job description and responsibilities

  • overseeing the nursing operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care with critical cardiac conditions.
  • They manage a team of nurses and work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide specialized care in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff with specialized skills in cardiac critical care.
  • Assign duties and responsibilities to staff based on their qualifications and experience.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Address staffing shortages and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Ensure that patients receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care.
  • Supervise the nursing staff in providing complex interventions, such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and medication administration.
  • Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with physicians and other specialists.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the CCU.
  • Manage the CCU budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Oversee the maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the healthcare facility to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and implement quality initiatives.
  • Analyze patient satisfaction data and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the nursing staff.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Represent the CCU in meetings and committees.
