Staff Nurses Oncology Unit

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in nursing.
• 2 years of experience in the same Field.
• Dataflow is a must.
• Saudi license holder is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Job description and responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric and adult oncology patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Provide palliative care and pain management.
• Educate patients and families about the disease and treatment options.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and manage side effects.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Participate in clinical research and trials.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric oncology.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in pediatric oncology care.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Advocate for the needs and rights of pediatric and adult oncology patients.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff.
• Engage in community outreach and education programs.
