Job Description:
Manage product catalog
Provide ad-hoc reports
Run and monitor the billing cycles
Run and monitor system jobs including rating, re-rating, online and batch operations, and CDR processing jobs
Review and Resolve tickets within the target SLA
Respond to and resolve system alerts and events
Resolve rating issues on daily basis
Work with other departments to deliver the billing and revenue reporting on timely basis
Monitor the system backup and execute restoration tests
Plan and deploy changes, and execute post-deployment check
Monitor system performance and run periodic health check
Skills:
ITIL Certified
Experience with industry best practices
Experience in CDR reconciliation and bulk processing
Experience in product catalog, billing cycle and revenue reporting
Experience with telecom billing is a must, preferred in Oracle BRM
Experience in incident management, problem management and change management
Team worker; will be required to acquire knowledge transfer from other IT operations team members and act on their behalf
Strong command of windows and LINUX administration
Strong command of SQL
Strong command in shell scripting or development (.net or Java)
Strong communication skills
