  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, job Fair assessments, and follow-up meetings.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and hiring clients throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare employment documentation for candidates
  • Support the recruitment team with general administrative duties as required.
  • Manage candidate document consolidation and Validation.
  • Manage documentation process between client and candidate till Job offer receiving.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
