JOB SUMMARY:
This exciting opportunity for a senior registrar in Neurology at a top tier in Saudi Arabia would be responsible for providing advanced and treatment to patients with neurological disorders, managing patient care and ensuring their safety during procedures, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in the specialized field.
- Manage complex medical cases independently.
- Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
- Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
- Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
- Engage in clinical research activities.
- Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Implement and adhere to evidence-based medical practices.
- Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department.
- Contribute to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies.
- Pursue continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in the medical field.
- Attend conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Advocate for patient rights and welfare.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education :
- Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
- Completion of required period of training in Neurology.
- (Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese) Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically
required or equivalent. fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required
- A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must
- Dataflow is a must.
Professional Experience
- From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification.
- A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.
Language
- Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
