About the job Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst
IT Quality Assurance Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence. Will collaborate closely with various departments to execute and validate test cases, ensuring deliverables meet stringent quality standards. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving aptitude will be critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to achieve project goals.
- Own and facilitate the design, construction and execution of test cases/ test scenarios
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure requirements are testable and well defined
- Analyze system architecture and designs testing strategy as appropriate
- Monitor and maintain test scripts for evaluating usability, performance, dependability, and overall quality of our services or products.
- Identify and rectify flaws in the production process to enhance quality.
- Propose and implement preventative and corrective measures to meet quality assurance criteria.
- Collect and analyze statistical information related to quality metrics.
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Create and document policies and procedures for quality assurance.
- Investigate customer and product complaints to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain adherence to quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Familiarity with QA programs and databases
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Reporting software experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Seven plus years of testing, auditing, and quality inspection experience in Telecom Service Provider industry
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
