Senior Media Buyer (Remote – GCC, UAE Focus)
Location: Fully Remote (Cairo-based team; on-site 1 day/week)
Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30 | Monday to Friday
About the Role
Our client is a Dubai-based performance marketing agency with a remote team in Cairo. They are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with strong experience in Meta and Google Ads, eCommerce campaigns, and a proven track record working with GCC clients (UAE focus).
This is a fully remote role, with periodic meetings in Cairo every 1–2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 4 client ad campaigns end-to-end, driving sales and ROAS.
- Communicate daily with clients via WhatsApp and conduct monthly Zoom meetings.
- Strategize full customer journeys including ad creatives, landing pages, conversions, and retention.
- Execute campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Audit, optimize, and scale campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze client business models and user behavior to continuously improve performance.
- Set up and manage conversion tags, pixels, catalogs, and product feeds.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts and media briefs.
- Provide proactive insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Meta and Google Ads.
- At least 2 years as a Senior Media Buyer in advertising agencies serving GCC markets, UAE experience preferred.
- Strong experience in eCommerce performance marketing; fashion industry experience is highly appreciated.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, confident advising founders, CEOs, and CMOs.
- Creative mindset for generating new ad concepts every month.
- Excellent ad copywriting skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and find scalable wins.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
