Performance Marketing Lead – GCC

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Job Overview

A leading Consumer Health company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Lead – GCC to drive digital growth across GCC markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies that accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience managing media budgets, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across GCC markets.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven digital campaigns.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to improve digital performance and ROI.

Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key digital platforms, including:

    • Google Ads
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • YouTube
    • TikTok
    • Programmatic Display
    • Other relevant digital channels
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Continuously test and optimize audience targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
  • Monitor key KPIs including:

    • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
    • CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
    • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
    • Conversion Rate
    • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports for senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, Sales, Consumer Insights, and Commercial teams.
  • Work with creative and content teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies, technology partners, and external vendors.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Own and manage digital media budgets efficiently.
  • Ensure optimal allocation of marketing investments across channels and campaigns.
  • Deliver performance targets while maintaining budget discipline.

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities across GCC markets.
  • Leverage consumer insights and market intelligence to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Mandatory experience within FMCG companies.
  • Experience managing performance marketing activities across GCC markets is highly preferred.
  • Consumer Health experience is considered a strong advantage.
