SECTION II - ROLE PURPOSE

  • Drive top-line growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market reach in the Nigeria region.
  • Strengthen brand presence and market positioning in designated territories over the mid-term.
  • Achieve annual sales targets/KPIs within specific territories.

SECTION III - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and drive demand for company products in the assigned region.
  • Engage with potential customers and distributors to assess their needs and gather market intelligence.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts under the direction of senior management.
  • Develop sales strategies, conduct product presentations, and represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Secure product approvals from consultants, contractors, end users, and EPC companies within the allocated region.
  • Ensure revenue growth, build a sustainable and profitable business, enhance customer satisfaction, and elevate brand equity.
  • Work closely with customer support, product management, marketing, finance, operations, and logistics to achieve business objectives.
  • Align sales strategies with market conditions, foster partnerships, and establish distribution channels to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives to meet personal and regional targets.
  • Drive business growth by managing existing customers while significantly expanding the client base.
