Airport Ground Staff

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services, providing excellent customer service to passengers, and supporting various ground handling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations at all times.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and airport facilities.
• Collaborate with airline and airport personnel to facilitate efficient operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Monitor and manage passenger flow in the terminal and boarding areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for certain roles.
