Stock Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory levels and ensure the accuracy of stock records. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock audits, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory control processes to ensure stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies in inventory records.
• Collaborating with purchasing and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage replenishment orders.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and transactions in the inventory management system.
• Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Implementing and enforcing stock management policies and procedures.
• Training and supporting team members in best practices for inventory management.
• Assisting in the development of inventory reporting tools and metrics to track performance.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with inventory management software and familiarity with supply chain processes is preferred.
