Cruise Ship Waiter & Assistant Waiter

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dining service team on a cruise ship. As a member of our waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Presenting menus and providing detailed information about food and beverage options.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently, while accommodating special requests.
• Serving food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including setting tables and cleaning up after meals.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and promptly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Responding to guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude and prompt resolution.
• Supporting fellow team members and contributing to a cohesive work environment.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required, as we are willing to provide training to the right individuals.
