General Factory Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Factory Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and ensure quality standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to identify defects or issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking materials as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
