Picker and Packer

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Picker and Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from our inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail will ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve products from shelves based on order specifications.
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Team player with good communication skills.
