General Factory Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Factory Workers. The successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks within the factory environment, including but not limited to:

• Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assisting in the assembly and production of goods.
• Performing quality checks on products to ensure they meet required standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
• Participating in training and development programs as required.

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting is advantageous but not essential.
