Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, and your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments

- Maintain patient records and update information as needed

- Communicate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information

- Process and file medical records and other paperwork

- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times

- Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and handling mail

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
