General Factory Worker

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as General Factory Workers. The successful candidates will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing environment, including operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring quality control. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the production process by operating equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Performing assembly tasks, including fitting, fastening, and inspecting components.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Conducting quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Ideal candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a team, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
