Job Description: We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone. Your main responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling administrative tasks. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using computers and electronic medical records systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends if needed.
