Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg. The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and damages - Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations - Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies to management - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment - Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner - Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with regular stock audits - Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed - Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred - Familiarity with warehouse equipment and procedures - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management systems - Valid forklift certification is a plus Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position based in our warehouse in Johannesburg. The Warehouse Clerk will work Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.
