Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking shelves as needed - Process cash and credit card transactions accurately - Assist in setting up and organizing displays and promotions - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service - Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous retail experience is preferred - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Basic math and cash handling skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends - Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is an asset Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position, with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
