Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents - Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel - Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents - Maintain and update records and databases - Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Order and maintain office supplies - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist with the organization of company events and meetings - Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management team. Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
