Position Overview: As a Warehouse Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to the warehouse team. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department - Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages - Maintain and update visitor logs and other records - Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory - Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings - Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, such as data entry and filing - Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations - Follow and enforce safety procedures and protocols - Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role - Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based in Durban, South Africa. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
