Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises, ensuring that they meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming - Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including floors, windows, and furniture - Restock and maintain supplies in bathrooms and other common areas - Empty and dispose of trash and recycling - Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor - Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude towards clients and colleagues - Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Strong attention to detail and time management skills - Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and equipment Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
