As an Order Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment, contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications and company standards.

- Inspect products for quality and ensure that all items are in good condition before packing.

- Label packages clearly and accurately, including shipping labels and any necessary documentation.

- Maintain an organized and clean packing area, ensuring that packing materials and supplies are well-stocked.

- Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

- Assist in inventory management by reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels.

- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance packing skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or logistics role is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages as needed.

- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
