As a Hospital Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in keeping our clients' facilities clean and safe for patients, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in patient rooms, offices, and common areas - Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, handrails, and light switches - Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste in accordance with proper procedures - Restock supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels, in patient rooms and restrooms - Clean and disinfect medical equipment and exam rooms - Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to prevent the spread of germs and infections - Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in commercial or healthcare cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness Contract Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
