**Job Description:**

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Air Connect, you will play a vital role in supporting our design team by creating visually appealing graphics and layouts for a variety of projects. You will work closely with senior designers and other team members to bring concepts to life and contribute to the overall success of our design initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the creation of graphic designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to social media graphics, brochures, flyers, and website assets.

- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

- Prepare and edit images, illustrations, and other visual content for use in various marketing materials.

- Ensure all designs are produced to a high standard and meet project deadlines.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance design projects.

- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team’s growth.

- Assist in the preparation of presentations and pitch materials as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design software.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creativity.

- Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
