Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff - Administer medications and treatments as directed by a healthcare provider - Assist with patient transfers and ambulation - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members - Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality - Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills and knowledge - Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards - Other duties as assigned by supervising medical staff Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification preferred - Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
