Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Airport Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and assistance to airport staff and travelers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable airport experience for all. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist travelers upon arrival and departure - Provide information on flight schedules, gate changes, and airport services - Check-in and process tickets for passengers - Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage - Escort passengers to and from aircrafts - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of airport facilities - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient operations - Assist with special needs passengers and provide exceptional customer service - Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping - Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds - Knowledge of airport security and safety regulations is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you!
