Cruise Ship Waiter & Assistant Waiter

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as waiters and assistant waiters on our cruise ship. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in setting and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and presentation of meals.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in all dining areas.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
