The role
We are looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facilities.

You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.

What you will do
The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:

  • Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
  • Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
  • Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management
  • Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
  • Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Positive resident experience through resident-first approach

Who are you and what will you bring?

  • Registration with the AHPRA as a registered/enrolled nurse is essential
  • Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Hold and maintain NDIS Worker Checks as per NDIS Act 2013 (or willing to obtain)
  • 2 doses of Covid vaccine
  • Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care

Employment type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time - 76 hours per fortnight
Salary Range: $70,000 to $95,000 + Super + NFP salary packaging + allowances
