You’ll take ownership of a growing 200+ volunteer community and shape the entire journey from recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, events, partnerships and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and launching a full volunteer programme from the ground up
- Creating structured pathways across mentoring, employability, events and skills-based volunteering
- Recruiting, onboarding and training volunteers, including prison-specific compliance processes
- Building engagement strategies that keep a large volunteer community active, connected and motivated
- Developing corporate partnerships that help fund and grow the programme
- Planning and delivering impactful events both inside prisons and within the wider community
- Managing budgets, reporting, policies and programme impact tracking
