Summary
The Entrepreneurship Hub Officer will have a vital supportive role in the Hub's activities. The Hub, for the past 12 years, plays a catalytic role in promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in the regional ecosystem. The Officer will be responsible for handling written and oral communication with participants and partners. He or she will also help schedule and organize the Hub's activities, seminars and trainings taking place in Thessaloniki and the greater region of Northern Greece.
You will report to: the Entrepreneurship Hub Director
The position is part-time, 09:30-13:30 Monday to Friday. The initial contract will have a fixed term for three years, with the possibility of extending in the future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handle daily communication with potential participants
Organize and schedule the psrtners’ responsibilities
Organize and participate in seminars and training sessions
Manage social media accounts and monitor traffic
Maintain records and alumni relations

Educational Background
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and any related field
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Your written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English are strong
- You excel using Microsoft Word and Excel, Google calendars, Google docs/forms; general Web proficiency
You have excellent organizational and time management skills
You are able to multitask, getting tasks done quickly and accurately
- Adaptability/Flexibility is your thing: You adapt to change, are open to new ideas, take on new responsibilities, handle pressure, and adjust plans to meet changing needs.
- You are a team player: Meet all team deadlines and responsibilities, helps team leader to meet goals
You are able to work weekends and travel in the region
Experience
- Experience in positions involving communication, people's interaction, customer handling and event planning.
