Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, student-centered professional to join our U.S.-based enrollment team. As Enrollment Officer, you will be the face of Anatolia University to prospective students across North America - guiding them from initial inquiry through the application process, building relationships with institutional partners, and leading our Alumni Ambassador Program.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on connection, loves international education, and wants to make a meaningful difference in students' lives.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,000-72,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
You will report to:
- Associate Director of Enrollment for North America
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students via email, phone, Zoom, and CRM (HubSpot), nurturing leads through the entire application cycle
- Advise students on study abroad, undergraduate, and graduate programs and application requirements
- Host and deliver engaging online information sessions for prospective and admitted students
- Represent Anatolia University at high school and college fairs, study abroad events, and community outreach activities in your region
- Collaborate with the enrollment team on marketing campaigns, social media, and presentation materials
- Support international applicants with student visa guidance and compliance requirements
- Recruit, train, and manage study abroad alumni as brand ambassadors for Anatolia University
- Coordinate alumni participation at recruitment events, including travel logistics and reimbursement processing
- Track ambassador data and integrate alumni engagement into broader recruitment strategy

Required
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Education, Communications, Languages, or related field preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-directed with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general web/AI tools
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel regionally and overnight; ability to travel internationally
- Comfort working in a remote, multicultural team environment
Preferred / Strong Asset
- Experience in international education, study abroad, college admissions, or student recruitment
- Personal study abroad experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Knowledge of the Greek-American community or the U.S.-Greece education corridor
