About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and self-motivated problem solver with exceptionally strong communication skills. The role requires a detailed orientated person with a proactive go getter mindset and strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to solve problems independently. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker and will be able to manage multiple support cases in order to find the best solutions for our clients and operations team. The candidate must also have experience in eCommerce, Seller Central and Vendor Central.

This is an hourly and fully remote position. If hired, you will join a company with an amazing and talented staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cases/requests to fix the issues in Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Work alongside the operations team in order to successfully deliver clients needs
  • Enrolling brands to Amazon brand registry
  • Reinstating ASINs that have been removed from the detail page
  • Fixing stranded inventory
  • Troubleshooting errors on Promotions
  • Work within software platforms such as Intentwise and Zonguru
  • Work with other departments to accomplish overall, high level goals
  • Assist on fixing the FBA shipment creation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years digital marketing or eCommerce
  • 2+ years Amazon Seller and or Vendor Central case/ seller support
  • Active listening and the ability to understand client needs
  • Proactive, go-getter mindset who functions well within a team setting but can work independently
  • Strong ability to think outside the box, willingness to test new ideas, and develop and implement growth strategies
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills
